I am looking into applying statistical and first-principles modelling tools to help scale up the production of alternative protein sources from fungi or yeast. We are also able to perform large-scale cultivation using bioreactors here. We are looking for partners interested in the area that could provide interesting mycelial strains and/or applications. I am looking forward to any contact.
Kind regards,
Francisco
